Nestled behind Waratah Special Developmental School in Naarm's north-eastern suburbs, Farm Raiser operates a vegetable and cut flower farm. Utilising organic and bio-intensive methods, we cultivate our two acres of produce on a reclaimed school oval.

Farm Raiser is a non-profit and registered charity, sustained through the sale of our produce. As well as growing veggies, we also run education and vocational programs for students with disabilities, provide high quality food relief to locals, therapeutic horticulture for victim/survivors of sexual assault, and run volunteer sessions, community events, tours, and working bees.

We acknowledge Wurundjeri Woiwurrong people as Traditional Owners of this land and the original farmers. We realise the immense privilege we have to pursue this path, we see this as a great responsibility to continue the care for the Country we work on.

Sovereignty was never ceded.

The crew is setting up equipment including a microphone boom and camera, and there are several people gathered around talking, with some wearing hats and casual clothing. Rows of cultivated soil and plants are visible in the background.
